Patient Assistance Programs for Saxenda
Novo Nordisk also offers a program called SaxendaCare. It is an award-winning, step-by-step program that helps patients meet and maintain their weight loss goals. Some of the benefits of the SaxendaCare program include: coaches who offer encouragement and advice, refill and dosing reminders, syncing with popular fitness trackers, and advice on how to add nutrition and physical activity to a patient’s weight-loss regimen. Patients who enroll in SaxendaCare are automatically offered the Saxenda Savings Card. Any future savings offers on Saxenda would surely be offered through SaxendaCare as well.
Medicare recipients may also qualify for additional governmental assistance on the costs of their prescriptions. Patients can check out the SSA’s Extra Help Program online to see if they qualify.
